One of the most important objectives for OMB Sistemas Electr?nicos, is the customer service. In this way, OMB has carefully implanted the ways that allow a fluid and bidirectional communication between the company and our customers.
In OMB we make special emphasis in the formation of our customers. For this reason, 8 years ago, OMB has signed an agreement with the University of Zaragoza (Spain) in order to educate our customers about the design, development and operation of our products.
Thanks to the location of our two main offices (Spain and in United States), OMB offers a complete, fast and efficient service to our customers from all over the world. In the beginning, OMB operated only in Europe, but the with the increasing business out of Europe, OMB America was established in order to provide an efficient commercial and technical service to our customers in North and South America.
